ALBAS

Direct at the river Lot, in Rivière Basse, at walking distance from the little pittoresque village of Albas, near Puy l'Eveque, lies this restored, formar brickfactory; Consisting of two connected but individual parts,
A : mainbuilding (5à6 persons) and
B: guest annexe (6 persons).
The building is situated in a park-like plot with several sorts of nut-, fig-, prune- and appletrees (1 Hectare).
The river has fishing and canoeing areas. Swimming is possible in the private pool (> 5/10m) or in the river.
You have lots of privacy and large views over river Lot.

All necessaries, such as baker (Castlefranc), restaurants, walking possibillities available in neighbourhood.

from Bergerac)
Highway A 20 laeds from Paris or Toulouse to Cahors, there you take D8 or D811 direction Villeneuve sur Lot.

Mainbuilding and guestannexe are unique restored in style by professional stylists. Kitchen A is well equipped
and a must for the "bourgondiër" and/or cookaddict. (dishwasher, microwave, slicing-machine, chopping-block,
kitchen tools etc.etc.)
Colour.TV set with dish, hifi-stereoset with dvd player, campingbed/babybox, guestbeds, woodstoves, washingmachine, parasols, garden furniture, sunbeds.

Plan A: Dining room(5/8m), kitchen (4,5/5),
Bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and two washstands.
Livingroom (5/6) with seperate study-corner,
Masterbedroom with washstand (5/6), Bedroom on 2nd floor (6/6)

Plan B: Large and high living/diningroom 5/8 meter with kitchencorner,
Masterbedroom (4/5), Bedroom (5/8m) ,
Luxury bathroom with toilet, shower and 2 washstands.

Maximum: 2 times 6 persons at same time in main season (june,july, august).
A and B will only be let out when 2 families are related. Otherwise only A will be let out. You never have neighbours that you dont know


If left in same situation as arrival, cleaning costs are € 50 per house, otherwise extra cleaning costs will be charged.
Bail/surety € 250per house to be handeled over to present occupant, or our representative.
They also handle over the keys.
Bail will be returned via bancaccount after inspecting by our representative in France.

We are not a profesional company. La Briqueterie is a private house with more luxury and antique than in normal situations, collected by proffesional stylists. We do not want you to listen to your favorite cd in a plastic chair..
We expect you to handle our furniture and art with care and respect.
You rent the house as: "bon père de famille"
Being a guest allways is at own risk. (children and electricity, swimming )
The river and the pool are forbidden for children without guidance.
Parents allways are responsable for the survey of their children.
This means, you allways carry responsability in case of stay in "La Briqueterie"
Smoking is not a problem on the ground level, but strictly forbidden on the higher levels.
Candles are not alowed here either.
